Pre- and Post-Transaction Handler Deprecation

The pre and post transaction handlers of the memory space have been deprecated.

The handlers will be removed in TEMU 5.

When removed, detailed cache models will no longer be possible to implement. Terma is evaluating suitable replacements for modelling dynamic timing effects.

Device registers are being migrated to the new register API, which supports the TEMU notification API. This is the recommended approach in case accesses need to be intercepted.
